All Customers, instore, online and via telephone orders accepts these terms and conditions AND associated shipping and returns conditions upon order. All orders where payment is accepted are deemed in full. Orders via HUMM and ZIP are provided under these terms and conditions and associated terms and conditions on payment provider HUM or ZIP or Credit Cards. Delivery details are confirmed by accepting the payment on HUMM or ZIP Pay and deemed correct upon accepting. Codes provided by a person and acceptance on the application is deemed correct and Two Wheel Madness accept no responsibility for any errors, fraudulent actions, use of another persons accounts and or any actions taken on the customer side, post acceptance of payment by customer. Once the order has been delivered to the address provided, Two Wheel Madness accept no liability for goods. Delivery may not require a signature and may be accepted by a 3rd person. Covid best practice is zero contact deliveries.
Should a customer wish to return an item, the refund process must be followed in full. TWO Wheel Madness accept no liability of any kind for errors on the customer side associated with the delivery address and or any deliveries.

I acknowledge that items sold by Two Wheel Madness may be used in activities such as motorbike riding, scooter riding and that TWM< The Company, Two Wheel Madness and its Directors and staff assume no liability for use of these goods in any activity and provide no guarantee on the suitability for the items to be used in any activity, activities may be a physical activity and carries with it the potential for serious injury. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of athletes, equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, spectators, coaches, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers of the event, and lack of hydration. These risks are not only inherent to participants but are also present for volunteers. Once purchased or on testing, the customer assume all the risks of participating and/or volunteering in any activity using goods supplied by Two Wheel Madness. Custom accepts that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault. Customer certifies that they are physically fit, have sufficiently trained for participation in the event and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person. Two Wheel Madness , its officers and members, the FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS including their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, the event holders, event sponsors, event directors, event volunteers, and event officials from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me in use of any goods sold and use these under in your own risk and in line with all state and territory laws, Indemnify and hold harmless the entities or persons mentioned above in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a results of any actions during this event and post event with no restraint period.
