Custom orders are dependent on the product and can take between 2 and 4 weeks for completion and delivery. A deposit will be taken on order acceptance and balance due on pick up or delivery, this is standard 40-50% depending on the product. Custom leather orders may be subject to local and international shipping delays. 



When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted. If an order is delivered by a TWM staff member, we will contact the person on any number provided and confirm delivery time, and due to Covid best practice will not require in-person acceptance of the order and take no responsibility for loss of goods or any liability. The address of delivery will be confirmed by TWM by email, telephone, and or via the payment app such as HUMM or ZIP.

Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.



An estimated shipping time for your order will be available to view on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed unless otherwise specified. Different terms and conditions may apply to different shipping destinations.

If a shipping cost promotion is available, the reduced shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Shipping for local Australian destination orders will be between 2 and 5 business days, international orders are subject to a longer period. Orders placed in-store or online, in stock will be shipped the next business day. 

If you have a pre-ordered, personalized, or monogrammed item, delivery times could take longer than stated at checkout. Please refer to checkout for estimated delivery times.

Please note, all orders will require a signature on delivery.

We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

TWM TWO WHEEL MADNESS will only accept, for return or exchange, items that are in a new condition, they must be unused and with all original tags, labels attached, your order number and any related accessories included and unopened if an item is over the value of $250.00.  

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered returns or anything TWM TWO WHEEL MADNESS reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.

Please make sure all returned items are well-packed to not be damaged in the post. 



  1. All returns must be authorized by TWM TWO WHEEL MADNESS before shipping, if not, the return will be refused;

  1. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to return it;

  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging, or similar, that will prevent the item(s) from damage while in transport;

  3. Directly after shipping your item, you must provide us with the tracking number;

  4. The returned item remains under your responsibility until it arrives in our warehouses.



To organize a return from outside the US after receiving confirmation from our team, we recommend that you use our services to facilitate your return.

It will allow you to benefit from our preferential prices, avoid any additional charges and receive your refund or exchange quicker.

If you want to take care of the return, after receiving the confirmation from our team, please place the item securely in its original packaging with all original forms, and mail it to the following address:

After reception of your return on our premises, it takes 3-5 days for the processing of the return and verification of the items. 

Then, in the case of an exchange, the desired item will be shipped.

In the case of a return, it will take 5-7 business days to process the refund.

If the return was made through our carrier, the return costs, previously communicated, will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Any payment made via a 3rd Party application such as HUMM or ZIP is bound by these and their terms and conditions and Two Wheel Madness reserves the right to refuse a refund.  



  • Refunds are processed in the original form of payment;

  • Shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable;

  • If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as the purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.



In certain circumstances, before your order has been dispatched, we may be able to cancel your order. You must make your cancellation request within 24 hours, please Contact Us by email (aftersales@TWM Two Wheel as soon as possible after placing your order and Customer Service will advise if cancellation is available.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change the size, edit your billing and shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

If your order cannot be canceled it will be processed and, subject to being accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent upon shipping.

The Returns & Cancellations Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Customers will be required to pay the delivery fees and a restocking fee of 20% of the price paid for the goods if the customer changes their mind. If the customer wishes to change the items for alternative items or receive a store credit, only shipping fees may be charged. 

Any customer negative review, that is not deemed as fair and truly reflective of the actions of Two Wheel Madness, as well as independent and genuine may be removed and Two Wheel Madness may seek damages costs. 

Customer accepts that any in-store, online, and or telephone orders are subject to these terms and conditions and all terms and conditions on this website and deemed as accepted in full when the goods are paid for.
